The Tale of Taylor Swift by Taylor Swift

Once upon a time, there was this girl named Taylor Smith (who is me). I was a poor, servant girl to a selfish family. Whenever I finished something, they awarded me with a candy wrapper to eat. One day, I was doing the laundry. When suddenly, I saw the water rise into the air, in a tornado form, and it sucked me right in. I didn't know where I was at. Along came an old man with his pet owl. "Aha!" He said. "The spell has worked!" "What the heck is going on here!?" I shouted.

"Are you Taylor Smith?"

"Yes." I said. "I wish I wasn't though."

"Well good thing then!" He said to me. "Because you aren't Taylor Smith." I was puzzled. How could I not be Taylor Smith? He said "You are Taylor Swift."

Well, how did I get that last name then?" I said. "That family had just thought of that name randomly." said the old man.

"They told me that Smith was there last name. Grrr! Those big fat liars!"

"Don't get worked over yourself Taylor!" he snapped at me. "You have a long journey ahead of you. I know that you are a Life witch, so you will be in the death school."

"Wait a minute! How am I a witch? I thought I was a nobody. But now you're saying I'm a witch?! I must be dreaming."

"You aren't dreaming. Oh! I forgot to introduce myself! I am Merle Ambrose, Headmaster of Ravenwood. Here is your wand, spellbook, and a pet dragon, named Madame Max."

What a horrible name for a dragon, I thought. "Can I name him something else?"

"Not without paying 500 gold," Merle said.

"Aww man! I don't have any gold!"

"Now, your adventure begins, Taylor Swift! There are many dangers ahead of you now, so do be careful!"

"I will," I replied. "But I have one question." "What is it?" Merle replied. "How do I cast spells?" "Your professors will teach you."

"Ok," I replied. "Thank you!"

"You're welcome."

When I left the room, I found myself out in the rain. It felt good, since I'm in life and plants like water. When I looked around, I saw a bolt of lightning strike right next to me. If I were in storm I could get struck and not die. I ran into a building, and there I found out it was the Headmaster's house. I went over to see him, and he said he had a quest for me.

"There is a problem on Unicorn Way that could use some help. I want you to go and have a look around, to see if you could help."

"Ok," I said. "I won't let you down!"

"When I got to Unicorn Way, Merle whispered to me to come back. I teleported to him, and said "What is it now?"

"I want you to meet your professors. They are in Ravenwood. I will teach you a new spell after you do it."

"Ooh! A new spell! I'll do it!"

When I left, I saw the Ravenwood tunnel, and entered it. Once I got out of it, I saw a lot of other wizards and witches. I also saw a lot of schools, but two other teachers didn't have one. After I met them, I found out that each one are different and have there own styles. I also found out that the opposite of life is death. I want to stay away from that. Once I came back to Merle, he taught me how to cast Minor Blessing. Next, he gave me a training point. "Now go choose a secondary school," he told me. When I went back to Ravenwood, I chose my secondary school to be storm. The spells I had then were imp, minor blessing, and thunder snake. That was a couple minutes ago. Right now, the stork told me where my dorm room is. Now, I will go to sleep. Good night!
