Castles & Lands
Housing in Wizard101 is called "Castles & Lands". All players start out with a dorm room that they can decorate with many of the thousands of housing items available.

Upgraded housing can be purchased using in-game gold from vendors in each of the worlds. Players can own up to three houses, plus their Dorm. You can’t own more than one of the same house.

Players can teleport to their own equipped house using the "Go Home" button, or over to a friend’s house by using their Friends List.


Look for the friendly turtles like this one to start you on your way, but first Simeon in Ravenwood has a quest for you if you're level 15 or higher! He's located near the Boy's Dormitory.

  Housing Preview
You can preview Castles & Lands before buying them!

Just speak to the Castle Shopkeeper Turtle and select the house you want to look at, press the PREVIEW button and you will be teleported to the house and greeted by a Real Estate agent who will guide you through the home.

To exit the preview and return to the shop, simply use the Spiral door located outside of every Castle.
