BOO! Get the cobwebs out of the attic and candy out of the cupboards, because it's time to celebrate Halloween in spooky style! Put your decorating skills to the test in our 2025 Halloween Decorating Contest!
Share your ghoulish creations as instructed below throughout the contest period. You’ll get a chance to win some great prizes, plus receive tons of design tips from your fellow players.
This contest is open to the
Wizard101 NA, Wizard101 EU, and
Pirate101 communities.
This contest is NOT available to Wizard101 console players. You must have a PC account to participate.
If you enter for both Wizard101 and Pirate101, please note that you can only win once across both.
WHAT TO SUBMIT
Use only your dorm or bunkhouse to decorate your space, then share a screenshot on social media.
Choose 1 of the following themes:
- Halloween (very open theme)
- Boo-tiful (Cute)
- Spooky Carnival
- Witchy
- Wizard101 only: Dworgyn's Haunted House of Horrors
- Pirate101 only: Undead Saloon
HOW TO ENTER
- You may only submit ONCE per game
- Use only the dorm or bunkhouse
- Share ONE screenshot on ONE of our game’s social media pages. If you do not want to post on social media, you may also submit on the 101 Discords.
- You MUST use the hashtag #KingsIsleHalloween2025
- Tag your post with #Wizard101, #Wizard101Europe, or #Pirate101 so we can identify which game your entry is for.
- Write your character's name in the post.
- Write the theme you chose in your post. (Halloween, Boo-tiful, Spooky Carnival, Witchy, etc.)
- Tell us something special about your decorated place. This something special will NOT impact your submission. It is pure "flavor text" for us to share if you win, thus it is not required.
- Entering for both Wizard101 and Pirate101 separately is accepted, but you can only win for one game.
Share your entry by Friday, October 31st, 2025 at 11:59pm CT.

Expect awards to be delivered within 2 weeks of being announced. If we cannot reach you on the platform you submitted on (most often caused by closed DM's) your award may be given to someone else.
Note that the packs are game specific. You will be awarded the pack for the game you won in.
CONTEST RULES
- Use only the dorm or bunkhouse
- Entries must be submitted before 11:59pm US Central time on Friday, October 31st, 2025.
- Entries must be entirely original creations made by you.
- You may only submit once per game.
- Your submission must be unique to this year's contest. Reusing submissions from previous years will disqualify you.
- If you are under 13 years of age, ask your parent or guardian permission to participate.
- One entry per person per game. Group submissions will award the submitter. No additional prizes will be provided.
- This contest is open to Wizard101 PC players (including NA and EU servers) and Pirate101 players. Wizard101 Console is not included. If you enter for both games, please note that you can only win once across both.
- All contest entries will be reviewed and selected by a group of judges at KingsIsle.
SCREENSHOT TIPS
- Set your PC’s graphics settings to high and ensure the resolution is maxed (preferably 1920x1080 if you have the option).
- Frame the scene for that “wow factor”. Consider lighting and location of items.
- You can also use Photomancy to remove the UI by pressing the ‘Z’ key, or for manual capture, press Ctrl+G to turn off icons.
